This course provides good discussion of producer compensation alternatives, goals to set for new business, how to manage producers properly, how to compensate owners equitably as well as agency support staff and managers. Also discussed with be what should be in a producer contract, vesting and equity alternatives for successful producers, to help retain them and bring them into ownership positions, if desired by agency management. The materials presented will be practical and based on the speaker’s work with thousands of agencies over the years, as well as survey information.
